The Business Services Implementation Officer role is onsite in Idaho Falls, ID, with an approximately 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Coordinate routine business-member onboarding and standard service implementations
• review documentation
• maintain checklists and timelines
• coordinate with internal departments and service providers
• schedule and conduct routine implementation meetings and Business Online Banking training
• answer routine operational questions
• maintain implementation records and member records
• follow onboarding, compliance, and confidentiality requirements.

Why this role
