What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Oversee daily field service operations
• Drive technician productivity, performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with dispatch
• Provide technical guidance on complex HVAC service and troubleshooting issues
• Monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, and service quality
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Handle customer escalations
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians
• Identify training needs
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed
• Assist with budgeting and controlling service-related expenses.
