The Project Manager, Civil/Site Engineering role is onsite in Hackettstown, NJ. Compensation is $120,000–$155,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus program. The position supports French & Parrello Associates’ Civil/Site Department, which delivers site engineering and land development solutions. The role leads civil/site projects from conceptual planning through design, approvals, and construction support. It contributes to project delivery and firm growth through client development, proposal and financial oversight, risk management, quality assurance, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Maintain and develop client relationships
• identify new and cross-selling opportunities
• support client presentations and proposals
• establish project work plans, budgets, schedules, staffing, and QA/QC processes
• coordinate with clients, municipal boards, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary teams
• monitor project costs, billing, receivables, quality, and productivity
• manage project risks and records.
