What you'll do

• Contact customers before and after service to check satisfaction and identify prospects
• develop sales leads in assigned verticals
• build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other referral sources
• develop product knowledge and sales techniques
• prepare job-file review documents
• report on referral relationships
• assist with collections from non-residential customers when needed
• and resolve customer issues.
