What you'll do

• Analyze the store profit and loss statement and set a path toward cost goals
• write weekly staff schedules
• direct, mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• oversee food safety and menu knowledge
• prepare catering orders with the team
• support restaurant stations as needed
• order products and supplies
• screen, interview, and onboard hourly employees
• manage cash procedures and guest service
• maintain health, alcohol-handling, food-storage, hygiene, and appearance standards.
