The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Cary, NC, and pays $20–$28 per hour. The position serves children with autism spectrum disorder in home, school, or clinic settings for Blue Gems ABA. The RBT delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy and implements individualized plans under BCBA supervision. The role supports children’s progress by collecting data, collaborating with families and caregivers, and maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy
• implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• collect real-time client progress data using clinical software
• collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
