Water Damage Demolition Technician

Job overview

The Water Damage Demolition Technician role is onsite in Eugene, OR, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. 24 Hour Flood Pros supports homeowners and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other environmental losses. The technician documents damage and project progress, sets up and monitors equipment, and removes damaged building materials. The role supports mitigation and restoration work by maintaining equipment, communicating project details, and following safety procedures during property recovery.

What you'll do

• Set up and monitor equipment
• photograph and document loss progress
• complete service records and moisture readings
• maintain equipment and vehicles
• remove wet drywall, flooring, cabinets, and insulation
• work in confined spaces
• prepare trucks and equipment for emergencies
• support personnel training on duties and safety
• maintain confidentiality and improve technical knowledge.
