The Early Childhood Educator — Associate Level role is onsite at Lund’s South Burlington, VT center, 40 hours per week. Pay is $25 per hour. Lund’s Early Childhood Program provides five-star, play-based care and education for children from six weeks to five years, with wraparound support for children and families. The educator creates developmentally appropriate learning experiences, provides trauma-informed care, supervises children, and maintains a safe, healthy classroom. The role supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and exploration.
