What you'll do

• Lead assigned healthcare construction projects to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• manage timelines, budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• coordinate clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• oversee submittals, project closeout, quality control, permitting, invoices, and payment applications
• monitor schedules and implement corrective actions
• coordinate warranty and post-occupancy work
• and ensure compliance with building codes and applicable AHCA regulations.
