What you'll do

• Receive, review, and process electric, gas, water, and waste invoices
• compare charges with prior billing periods and flag unusual spikes, duplicate charges, or errors
• schedule and process timely payments
• maintain records of accounts, meter numbers, rate plans, and payment history
• monitor consumption and report irregularities
• work with utility providers on disputes, account changes, and service transfers
• reconcile records with accounting and provide monthly summaries
• maintain organized digital files.
