Probate Paralegal

What you'll do

• Manage probate and trust administration matters
• draft and file pleadings
• track court deadlines, filings, and case workflow
• review wills, trusts, and financial records
• identify and marshal estate and trust assets
• assist with bank accounts, securities, and other assets
• coordinate property cleanouts and real estate sales
• communicate with beneficiaries, creditors, courts, and other parties
• obtain estate and trust EINs
• assist with inventories, accountings, and beneficiary distributions
• coordinate tax documentation
• prepare attorneys for hearings
• maintain organized electronic client and financial records.
