What you'll do

• Communicate case developments to clients
• prepare discovery documents, motions, pleadings, and briefs
• gather evidence, conduct research, and interview clients and witnesses
• develop legal strategy and arguments
• attend and assist at trials
• prepare legal memorandums
• plan trial elements including witness examination, opening statements, motions, exhibits, and jury instructions
• prepare witnesses for depositions or trial.
