Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist role is primarily onsite in Leesburg, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $22–$27 per hour. Strive Pharmacy prepares personalized compounded medications to support individualized patient care. The specialist performs daily inventory tasks and supports the Inventory Control Lead in keeping supplies accurate, organized, and available. Accurate inventory and consistent workflow standards help pharmacists and other departments support patient and provider needs.

What you'll do

• Restock, receive, label, and organize supplies
• assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory
• report discrepancies and follow corrective actions
• follow workflow policies and company standards
• collaborate with team members
• assist pharmacists, leadership, and other departments with inventory needs
• maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at both locations.
