What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies
• develop and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys
• oversee compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, performance and talent management, safety, and training programs
• identify staffing and recruiting needs
• analyze HRIS and talent-management metrics
• monitor employment-law compliance and recommend practices
• communicate HR policy and regulatory changes to leadership.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of HR management experience, BambooHR experience, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and a current TB test or chest X-ray. Mental health or substance-use-disorder setting experience is preferred.
