What you'll do

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
• recruit CDL and non-CDL drivers, chauffeurs, and other transportation personnel
• build candidate pipelines
• maintain recruiting activity and meet hiring goals
• partner with operations leadership on staffing needs
• track candidate activity, hiring progress, conversion rates, and challenges
• communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers.
