Executive Regional Manager

What you'll do

• Manage portfolio fiscal performance
• monitor leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, vendors, recruitment, and team development
• prepare budgets and analyze variances
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable affordable program requirements
• recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• conduct property inspections and audits
• monitor market trends
• resolve resident issues
• oversee property operations and team performance.
