Guest Experience Associate – Luxury Car Rental

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional experience
• answer calls and respond to guest inquiries
• negotiate and open or close rental contracts and complete paperwork
• communicate products, services, and policies
• clean, detail, and prepare vehicles
• provide guest pickup and drop-off
• build rapport with guests and identify opportunities to grow the guest base.
