The Accountant role is onsite in Erie, PA. Compensation is $30–$34.50 per hour on W-2. The role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and record intercompany transactions
• prepare GAAP, tax, and management reporting
• support financial statements and close analysis
• coordinate month-end close
• post cost and payroll entries
• reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• post cash receipts and help resolve accounts receivable issues
• manage capital-spend reporting and depreciation estimates
• support physical inventory
• and contribute to process improvement and internal controls.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least two years of accounting or finance experience, GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience. Cost accounting and four or more years of relevant experience are preferred.
