What you'll do

• Oversee dietary department operations and supervise dietary staff. Guide diet planning, menus, preparation, and service of regular and therapeutic diets
• ensure menus align with resident needs, preferences, physician orders, and regulations. Monitor weights, meals, food production, sanitation, supplies, records, and budgets
• collaborate with nursing and care teams
• complete required nutritional assessments and documentation
• and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
