What you'll do

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, matcha, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• take orders and process transactions using the POS system
• answer product questions and handle customer concerns professionally
• prepare sandwiches and other food items as applicable
• stock and rotate products and supplies
• assist with deliveries, inventory organization, and merchandising
• follow opening and closing procedures as assigned
• clean and maintain equipment and work areas and follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Why this role
