What you'll do

• Lead teams drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents
• review survey data
• analyze site conditions, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and condominium documents
• plan and supervise survey crews and office staff
• oversee large-scale ALTA surveys, with solar or wind experience preferred
• guide construction-related documentation
• use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software
• attend training and industry events
• and mentor staff.
