Electrical Project Manager

Compensation is $500,000–$3,000,000 per year. The Electrical Project Manager role is office-based with regular presence at active construction sites in Temple, TX; Enterprise Electrical is a commercial electrical contractor specializing in design-build projects. The role leads commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating clients, internal teams, and trade partners. It is accountable for project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, documentation, and successful execution.

What you'll do

• Lead project execution
• evaluate contract scope and establish objectives and standards
• coordinate staffing with superintendents and project-management staff
• maintain client and trade-partner relationships
• negotiate and issue purchase orders and subcontracts
• monitor construction progress
• maintain schedules and budgets
• manage project costs, billings, collections, profitability, and cash flow
• address risks
• ensure compliant project documentation
• mentor project managers when assigned.
