The director leads plant engineering and maintenance to improve reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency. The role guides capital investment and the facility’s technical direction while developing teams and maintaining required operating standards.

What you'll do

• Lead plant engineering and maintenance functions
• direct capital projects from concept through commissioning
• develop preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and reliability strategies
• identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• establish and monitor reliability, downtime, supplier, maintenance, and OEE KPIs
• lead engineering initiatives across mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and automation
• troubleshoot complex plant problems
• coach engineering and maintenance leaders
• partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality.
