Customer Support Representative — Payment Technology

The Customer Support Representative — Payment Technology role is hybrid in Lenexa, KS, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. Pay is $22–$23 per hour. Complete Staffing is recruiting for a payment technology company serving merchants and business partners. The representative is the first point of contact for merchant and partner questions, helping resolve technical and account issues and supporting a reliable customer experience. The role also assists merchants with Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and coordinates with internal teams on complex concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level support by phone, email, and live chat
• troubleshoot issues and seek first-call resolution. Research product and service concerns, document interactions, and provide technical support for payment processing products. Assist merchants with PCI compliance questionnaires, scans, and requirements
• train merchants on software and payment terminals as needed. Update account records, escalate complex issues, and follow through to resolution.
