The Cook role is onsite in Marysville, CA. Compensation is $17–$21 per hour. The cook reports to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager and supports Denny’s restaurant operations. The cook prepares and presents food to order according to menu specifications, timing standards, and food-safety requirements. The role supports guest service and consistent kitchen operations through food preparation, station upkeep, and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food to order following brand standards and recipes
• prep and store food and rotate perishable stock
• maintain food temperatures
• prepare special orders
• maintain shift stock levels
• organize work areas, coolers, and storage
• assist with inventory and deliveries
• clean and care for kitchen equipment
• complete side work and deep cleaning
• monitor waste and food costs
• address guest concerns and assist service assistants as needed.
