What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, and direct staff
• support department standards, staffing, and budget processes
• oversee cash deposits and asset-protection controls
• monitor credit granting and collections
• review compliance with gaming regulations and company procedures
• assist with audits and corrective actions
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• coordinate with Security, Surveillance, and the bank on money-handling variances.
