• Lead SAP project or program planning, execution, and closeout
• manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, and stakeholder outcomes
• maintain project plans and resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules
• perform critical-path analysis
• apply Earned Value Management metrics
• lead risk, issue, and opportunity management
• direct matrix-assigned teams
• prepare executive briefings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
