The Apartment Leasing Manager role is onsite at Villas of Bulverde in Spring Branch, TX. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Lease apartments to support occupancy and revenue goals
• manage rent collection, posting, and late notices
• assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers
• support daily community operations
• maintain confidential resident records
• prepare reports and leasing documents
• assist with social media presence
• coach and develop the Leasing Agent
• serve residents and prospective renters
• collaborate with the Property Manager and onsite team.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of prior apartment-industry Assistant Manager experience with strong leasing experience. Some weekends are required; candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.
