What you'll do

• Perform special inspections within current certifications and demonstrated competence
• coach and support assigned inspectors
• coordinate qualified inspection assignments
• review project requirements and approved documents
• confirm inspectors have required certifications, equipment, forms, and PPE
• review reports and supporting documentation
• conduct field check-ins and quality observations
• communicate inspection status and issues to project managers
• support onboarding and certification planning
• participate in quality-control and safety meetings
• maintain accurate inspection records.
