What you'll do

• Perform basic tenant repairs and carpentry, including sheetrock, painting, flooring, doors, and fixtures
• handle basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• assist with mobile home roofing and exterior repairs
• maintain outdoor areas and equipment
• document completed work and maintenance logs by smartphone
• participate in weekly safety meetings and follow safe work practices.
