What you'll do

• Work with the Fitness Director on a personal business plan
• provide Healthy Start appointments and participate in circuit shifts
• confirm client appointments
• conduct fitness assessments
• create personalized exercise programs
• manage client files, schedules, reminders, and progress documentation
• identify special population needs and seek assistance as needed
• participate in team meetings
• provide feedback to the Fitness Director
• maintain fitness floor and equipment
• participate in marketing strategies for personal training services.
