What you'll do

• Provide medical leadership and oversight for hospice services
• support eligibility determinations, care planning, symptom management, and regulatory compliance
• contribute to the Interdisciplinary Group and quality improvement
• complete required certifications, recertifications, and face-to-face attestations
• participate in on-call coverage for continuous 24/7 physician availability
• mentor and support hospice physicians
• maintain referral relationships
• provide direct patient care and consultation as needed.
