• prepare import documents for customs brokers
• monitor broker performance against SOPs and KPIs
• prepare export documents
• file Electronic Export Information through AES
• track import and export status
• maintain records and reports
• provide guidance to cross-functional teams
• assist the Trade Compliance Manager with investigations and audits.
