What you'll do

• Oversee daily IONM operations across adult and pediatric service lines
• supervise, mentor, and develop IONM Specialist staff
• collaborate with the Medical Director and leadership on clinical, operational, and financial goals
• ensure compliance with ABRET lab accreditation and regulatory requirements
• support staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 coverage
• partner with multidisciplinary teams
• participate in monitoring procedures as needed
• and ensure physician availability or support during procedures.
