Team Lead

The Team Lead role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, and is part-time. Compensation is $16 per hour. The team lead helps maintain a safe, supportive environment and supports residents’ personal goals, daily living needs, and community integration. The role also coordinates with program leadership and staff to follow individualized plans and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Support residents’ personal goals and outcomes
• assist with activities of daily living, nutrition, self-care, and routine medical follow-up
• support community integration and in-home leisure activities
• complete required documentation
• communicate concerns to the Program Specialist
• follow crisis plans
• administer medications according to resident plans and applicable regulations
• conduct monthly staff meetings
• provide on-call support for homes
• schedule employees and review timesheets
• support regulatory compliance
• and prepare weekly menus.
