What you'll do

• Manage professional recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and handoff to HR
• advise hiring managers on talent, market conditions, compensation, and selection strategy
• build proactive sourcing pipelines
• manage career-site postings and employment branding
• use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve recruiting
• partner with HR and Operations on scalable processes, tools, reporting, and hiring practices.
