What you'll do

• Respond to guests professionally and according to the priority of their needs
• support housing pathways and connect guests to resources
• assist with referrals to substance use, mental health, and medical services
• enter data in HMIS and complete reports according to agency policy
• make sound decisions and seek supervisor guidance
• respond to emergencies and assist guests with mobility as needed.
