What you'll do

• Lead the closing shift and help prioritize tasks while serving customers
• complete closing checklists accurately and on time
• oversee cleaning, sanitizing, stocking, and organizing work areas
• support coworkers as needed

• communicate updates, unfinished tasks, and operational concerns to management
• take responsibility for the bakery's condition before leaving
