Healthcare Compliance Policy Manager

The Healthcare Compliance Policy Manager is an onsite role in Denver, CO, with an annual salary of $85,000–$110,000. The position works collaboratively with the Compliance Department Team on policy-related work. This manager maintains and improves company compliance documents, provides policy guidance, and coordinates policy projects from review through launch. The work helps keep policies clear, aligned with applicable regulations, operationalized across teams, and accurately reflected in compliance education and training.

What you'll do

• Review, revise, and maintain compliance policies, handbooks, job aids, and the Code of Conduct
• manage annual reviews, ad hoc changes, operationalization, and policy launches
• coordinate and track revisions
• identify improvements with subject matter experts
• review compliance data for themes and trends
• partner with compliance education on policy communications and training
• administer the PolicyHub system as applicable
• oversee certain policy monitoring
• conduct quality reviews of compliance question-line responses
• support committees and other compliance projects.

Why this role
