What you'll do

• Lead and oversee HR Operations, Total Rewards, HR Technology, Global Payroll, HR Business Partnerships, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
• Design and execute modern People strategies that support a diversified, global professional services business.
• Design and execute HR compliance practices on a global scale.
• Build and inspire a team of passionate leaders to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Partner with IT on Workday HCM optimization.
• Manage key vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage career paths and succession plans.
