Restoration Technician

The Restoration Technician role is onsite in Allegan, MI; compensation is not specified. SERVPRO’s stated purpose is to help make property damage “Like it never even happened.” The technician responds to property damage emergencies and performs restoration and cleanup work, helping return affected sites to usable condition. The role includes water extraction, drying, fire-damage restoration, equipment setup, demolition, and clear communication with clients and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Respond to water- and fire-damage emergencies
• evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire-damage work, specialty equipment setup, and demolition
• load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles and supplies
• communicate safety hazards, site findings, and equipment needs to supervisors
• explain the restoration process and address client concerns
• perform cleanup, drying, and site cleanup.
