What you'll do

• Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on the pediatric acute and critically ill patient
• organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care
• maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
• participate in MCCH initiatives and process improvement
• maintain high-quality age specific care for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and young adult population
• must be willing to switch shifts for periods of time based on the facility need
• support the mission, vision and values of the organization.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate’s degree is required - if hired after 06/01/2012, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position

Experience

3 years of Peds type experience in a Hospital Setting
