What you'll do

• Build and manage preventive maintenance schedules and records
• perform maintenance and track critical wear parts
• diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, relays, and sensors
• make minor PLC logic and I/O changes
• perform wiring, conduit, panel, and power distribution work
• troubleshoot repairs and support root-cause analysis
• maintain lockout/tagout procedures and equipment labeling
• lead equipment installation and commissioning
• prepare equipment for production and coordinate downtime planning with Operations.
