What you'll do

• Support medication administration and resident care oversight

• complete documentation
• report changes in residents’ conditions promptly to a supervisor
• maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines
• follow community policies, infection-control practices, and safety procedures
• attend required in-service and continuing education.
