Lead Residential HVAC Installer

The Lead Residential HVAC Installer works onsite in Saint Louis, MO, for $40–$50 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning is a family-owned company focused on craftsmanship, integrity, and developing people; lead installers support the installation department’s quality and training goals. The lead installer oversees residential replacement projects while remaining hands-on in the field. The role coordinates crews, ensures work meets company, manufacturer, and local-code requirements, commissions systems, mentors installers, and manages materials to limit delays and deliver a strong customer experience.

What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects
• assign work and coordinate crews
• ensure compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
• perform equipment startups and system commissioning
• train and mentor installers
• review completed work
• manage materials and coordinate with the office
• deliver customer service throughout installations.
