What you'll do

• Lead and coach hourly team members
• plan and oversee task assignments
• support safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
• train employees on restaurant operations
• assist with equipment and facility maintenance
• perform register and safe audits and deposit company funds
• report and investigate guest or team accidents
• resolve guest complaints
• attend meetings
• monitor cleanliness and compliance.
