Customer Service Representative — State Farm Agent Team

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is primarily in-office in Rochester Hills, MI, with occasional hybrid flexibility. The representative supports existing customers with insurance service, policy changes, billing, coverage, renewals, and claims. The role also develops customer relationships and identifies appropriate cross-sell and financial-services opportunities while contributing to the agency’s customer experience and growth.

What you'll do

• Assist customers by phone, text, and email
• process policy and account changes
• explain billing, coverage, and renewal questions
• assist with claims and service concerns
• complete underwriting and account follow-up
• build customer relationships

• request referrals and reviews
• manage daily follow-up.
