What you'll do

• Own the HR function, including existing Rippling infrastructure and processes to be built
• support employee relations, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR needs
• partner with leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and compensation structure
• ensure employment-law, safety, and labor compliance
• design performance management, career development, and engagement programs
• manage leaves, workers’ compensation, and field-operations HR needs
• support recruiting with offer structure, compensation benchmarking, and candidate closing.
