What you'll do

• Serve as part of the interdisciplinary group in home care, respite, inpatient, bereavement, or administrative settings
• support patients and families under coordinator or case manager guidance
• perform agreed homemaker tasks, errands, or respite care
• document as instructed and maintain confidentiality
• attend orientation, support groups, and educational in-services
• communicate regularly with the Volunteer Coordinator.
