Engagement Manager, Strategic Accounts

The Engagement Manager, Strategic Accounts role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $50,000–$250,000 per year. Encord builds a data platform used by AI teams across the AI lifecycle. This role owns and grows North American customer accounts by driving adoption, expansion, and long-term value. It connects customer technical needs with commercial outcomes and partners with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support customer results and shape the post-sales expansion playbook.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of North American customer accounts
• build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
• identify expansion opportunities
• drive upsells, cross-sells, and multi-team rollouts
• partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• communicate customer insights and feature requests
• lead account planning and QBRs
• forecast pipeline and revenue in HubSpot
• help build the North American post-sales and expansion playbook.
